Conflict between home and business SharePoint
I installed the Microsoft Office 2013 Suite on my home computers. I want OneNote on my home computers to sync with OneNote on my business computer. However, it seems that my home computers want to run on my home microsoft account, and they don't recognize my business account. The popup menu gives the "call us protective, but ..." message every time I try to sign in, but it won't recognize my business account. I tried to install OneDrive for business, but my personal OneDrive seems to be conflicting or something. I've tried everything that I can think of to get these systems working together, but I'm failing. Please help.

Hi,

Basically if you need to sync OneNote, you will need to use the same account, either the personal Microsoft Account or your business account. Basd on the description above, the problem is now you can't sign in with your business account.

This issue can be caused if the local credential is corrupted, remove the credentials from the Credential Manager:

1. Launch the Credential Manager (from [Control Panel] and [User Settings])
2. In the Generic Credentials section youll see a setting for [Office]. Click the downward-pointing arrow to the right of that value
3. The section will expand to show further details. Under those details is a link to Remove from vault. Click it.

Then start OneNote and try to sign in, check the result.
