I have an issue that i've been trying to fix for a while.When users are using RPC over HTTP to conenct there outlook client, when they are asked for the server name and then user name at setup, they want to be able to use there full email address (UNC name) as the name they enter, if they do this however they get the name cannot be matched to a name in the address list error. If they use the pree 2000 name for the account, it connects fine. When they get the pop asking for user name/password, they can use there email address in here without a problem.This is working fine on other servers, so I know its possible, im just not sure how.

I believe this is by design in versions previous to outlook 2007.

Well, I have always been able to previously connect using the UPN in outlook 2003 and 2007, but this issue is occuring in Outlook 2007 anyway, and I am able to connect using UPN to other exchange servers without issue.
