I have installed office 2011 on a Mac book pro and I am trying to configure it to connect to my exchange 2010 server. When I try to send or receive email I get the following error: Unexpected data was encountered Mail could not be sent error code 17997

Thanks for the responses!! I spoke to a microsoft tech and he had me delete and recreate the ews virtual folder in IIS7. Apparently this is a known issue on a new install of exchange 2010, to them. MarkMark Rosenbaum
