Contacts Database on Office 365

We have recently migrated from Exchange 2003 to Office 365.  I have a large contacts database, which is complete with all the addresses, including city/state/zip/country.  whats happened after the migration is, that there are empty lines created in the address field, so the city/state/country field don't show up, when you view it.  Since, it does not show in Outlook, we can't see it when we synch the database to our mobile devices.  Once, I remove the lines the city/state/country fields show up.  Is there a way I can get rid of these extra lines, as the contacts database is very large, some 6934 contacts.  Please help

Thanks and Regards,

Hi

Did you try to export contacts data and then import them?

"there are empty lines created in the address field, so the city/state/country field don't show up"

Would you insert a screenshot ?
