In Outlook 2007 I can create a hierarchy of subfolders in the Inbox folder and this is displayed as a hierarchical Treeview in the left pane.
When trying the same thing in the Contacts folder, although the add new folder dialog preserves and displays a hierarchical structure, all the subfolders and the main contacts folder are displayed in a flat single level list in the left pane.
Am I doing something wrong or is this the way it is?
