Contents of some e-mails not displayed in Outlook 2010

Hi,

I have a user with Windows 7 using Outlook 2010 and he can't see the content of some of his e-mails. Most of the messages show up fine but there are a few that come up blank. He can see it from his iphone and from web mail but not on his laptop. He forwarded one of the messages to me and I can see it on my computer. It's just text, there's no pictures or attachments or anything. We tried reinstalling Outlook but that didn't help. I'm not sure what to do next.

On the messages that "come up blank" - do these messages actually have an empty message body? If the message body is not empty, if the message body is "highlighted" like would be done in a cut 'n paste operation and copied the contents but pasted it in any text editor - does anything show up? Just checking to see if this has something to do with color versus content (or lack thereof).

Also, is there any pattern to which messages consistently show up as blank - as in the same sender etc?
