Dear Sirs

I have a large file in Visio 2013 which I want to convert to PDF.

The issue we have is that the file size is about 32MB and therefore when we have currently converted to PDF it is only doing about a third to a half of the file.

The work we are doing is to raise money for charity, Great Ormond Street Hospital http://www.gosh.org/gen/?utm_source=gosh.nhs&utm_medium=toptab so any help will be much appreciated.

Does it generate any error message? Does it just stop?

Why is the Visio file so large? Do you have a large number of images embedded in it? Or just one or two very large images? Is there a chance of reducing the size of the images?

there are no error messages. It pdf's but only about a third of the file.

the file is large as it is a family tree that has been created of 22 generations so there is no way of making it any smaller.
