Hi Are these Exchange servers in different domains/organisations? Which version of Exchange are they running? Steve

I would recommend using the remote mailbox move process as you can control everything from within the Exchange management tools: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd298174.aspx#Rem There may be other ways to do this using .net etc but I am not aware of them.
