Search-Mailbox http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd298173.aspx imkottees, Export-Mailbox is ony existed in Exchange 2010 RTM. The second link is a good one. But New-MailboxExportRequest can only export(copy) items to pst file. Frank
