Is it possible to create a mailbox with only an inbox.

Or asked in another way, is it possible to delete, calender, contacts, task etc....

There seems no way to create this mailbox with only inbox.

You can select to delete your default folders by using MFCMAPI in outlook, but the default folders often be back. So I recommend you select to hide these default folders.
