We need users to create rules that allow to forward mails to BBi recipients. It is not possible from the Outlook client. So I tried
with powershell using the cmdlet "New-InboxRule" but it seems it is not possible too.<o:p></o:p>

I am quite new to Exchange. This feature is available for a very long time with Groupwise and I cant just believe it is not possible with Exchange 2013 :-) <o:p></o:p>

Creating a transport rule and adding BBi recipients doesnt not match the requirement because the recipients can see the original sender.<o:p></o:p>

I don't know what BBi is.  Perhaps you should explain in plain language specifically what it is you want to do.
