Create a rule to forward to Bcc recipients

Hello,

We need users to create rules that allow to forward mails to Bcc recipients. It is not possible from the Outlook client. So I tried
with powershell using the cmdlet "New-InboxRule" but it seems it is not possible too.

I am quite new to Exchange. This feature is available for a very long time with Groupwise and I cant just believe it is not possible with Exchange 2013 :-)

Creating a transport rule and adding Bcc recipients doesnt not match the requirement because the recipients can see the original sender.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Yes but actually it add recipients to the email and
not forward to Bcc. In this case the original sender is visible in the
"From" field and it does not meet the customer requirement.

Another point is that end-users are not supposed to
create transport rules. In my opinion it is really a missing feature of Outlook
and I hope that it will be possible to Bcc in a future release.

As a workaround I did a mix of shared mailbox rule and transport rules

That's what a forward does. A BCC copies someone without others seeing that that person was copied. It doesn't copy someone and hide who sent or received the message from that person.

So what you're asking for is a message be forwarded to a mailbox and the original sender and recipients be stripped from the message? I don't know any way to do that without writing code.
