can I add/Edit In-Place eDiscovery search programmatically using exchange web service API.

EWS has some eDiscovery capabilities, which you can find here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/EN-US/library/office/jj190897(v=exchg.150).aspx The SearchMailboxes function looks like what you want, though I'm not sure if it differs from an In-Place search.

in fact we can create In-Place eDiscovery search by using exchange admin center (as step in following link), but i want to ask,  can i create new In-Place eDiscovery search filter from code behind.
