I could use some help. I am using Exchange 2K3 in a virtual environment, doing some training. I tried to create a public folder, and it gives me the error, "The connection was refused. Ensure that your HTTP Virtual servers are all started and check that the WWW service is running." The WWW service is good to go, and the Virtual Server has stopped. When I try and start the service I get another error: "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion" Facility: Win32 ID no 8007041d Exchange System Manager So....any advice??

Jon,Are there other errors in the event logs related to this ?You could try to recreate the virtual directory's by following this article Regards,Johan
