Creating a user mailbox from Server 2003 (32 bit) using Exchange Management Console does not update the GAL or Recipient Policies
The GAL and Recipient Policies don't get updated until I run update-globaladdresslist and update-recipient from the local Exchange Server PowerShell. Update-recipient is not a cmdlet in the 32 bit version of Exchange PowerShell on Server 2003. Are there limitations to what you can do remotely from the 32 bit version of the Exchange Tools on Server 2003? Running Server 2003 SP2 and Exchange 2007 SP2.
