Creating an automated email
I currently work on a busy service desk that deals with 1000's of emails every day. Recently I have been approached by service management to find out if it is possible to create an automated email that gets sent out to management whenever the main inbox go's over a certain amount? I have tried several different rules without any luck. Is this even possible, if it is can anyone advise how to set it up please?

Hi, What's the condidtion of the transport rule? Is the transport rule monitor the volume of email in the Inbox folder? If the emails reach a certain amount, the rule should be triggered. Is that right? Thanks Allen
