Creating auto reply rule or transport rule on Exchange 2013

Hi,

I've tried to setup rules " Apply this rule after the message arrives -> have server reply using a specific message" but it won't reply. (the message is around 300 symbols, so bounce message doesn't work; also Out of office doesn't work because I want to have reply to every email which is arrived)

After few hours research I don't have any idea how to setup this. When I've setup this Outlook says me "Cannot reply to message". If I setup this rule to Exchange 2010, it work properly but on Exchange 2013 doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

Basically I need (Server Side) rule which automatically reply to all messages which arrived in my mailbox :)

I know this way, but I need more character :)

Is there any other way to configure auto-reply ( Out of office doesn't work for me; mail tip and bounce messages, also doesn't work because they have limit for message)

Hi gyovkov,

Thank you for your question.

If we use both Exchange Server 2010 and Exchange Server 2013, it means that we have a coexisted Exchange environment. note that Exchange Server 2010 can't process rules that are listed as version 15(Exchange 2013). To be sure all your rules can be processed, use just the version 14(Exchange 2010) rules.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim
