“A room mailbox is a resource mailbox assigned to a meeting location, such as a conference room, auditorium, or training room. An equipment mailbox is a resource mailbox assigned to a resource that's not location specific, such as a portable computer, projector, microphone, or a company car”

James, I know it, but how can i create sub category? Like where i can put VEHICLE cateogry? I know i can create Equipment category by going to Organisation Configuration-->Mailbox-->Address List and create one there, and i can apply filter thru CMDLET to populate it with equipments. But what about Vehicle??

Per my knowledge, there are two options:
· You can use the “Custom Attributes” to filter address list other than room and equipment. The button is in the “Properties” of resource mailbox
· Or, you can use “Custom Resource Properties” for the resources that users can search by default. The property will be added as the value of “ResourceCustom” attribute
