Hi, I'm planning on doing a Cross Forest Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 Mailbox Migration. I already have newly created AD accounts that are currently being utilized and have NOT been migrated over from our old Exchange 2003 forest. I have gone through many articles and I haven't been able to find any way of doing a move-mailbox cross forest into a particular target mailbox. Can anyone please help with this? Thanks!

Hi, You can use Exmerge tool to export data as .pst, then move it to the Exchange 2007. Finally, import the pst to the AD account. Thanks Allen

Thanks. I was wondering if there was a way to automate this, since this will be a lot more time consuming then the native cross org migration option available in 2007.
