Well, I was going to ignore your post as I have never used crystal report.
But there may be a couple of basic issues involved.
Are you
exporting to Excel? If so, the issue may be with the application that does the Exporting.
If you are using Excel to
import the data, then it may be an Excel issue.
You need to provide more details.
In addition, it so happens that Excel versions xl97 thru xl2003 have ~65,000 rows per worksheet.
Later versions (with the Ribbon) have ~1,000,000 rows per worksheet.
If you are trying to add 100,000 rows of data to a worksheet with 65,000 rows then spliting the data into two sections, before exporting, may be required or some custom Excel vba code might work.
