Hi,This issue may occur if the attribute AddressBookRoots under Microsoft Exchange was not set. Please understand that Exchange use that attribute to configure trees of address book containers to show up in the MAPI address book. Please open ADSI tool, expand CN=Configuration,DC=Domain,DC=com, expand Services, right click CN=Microsoft Exchange, select Properties, check the addressBookRoots. If the value is not set, please copy the value of distinguishedName under the All Address Lists (Expand CN=Microsoft Exchange, expand CN=First Organization, expand CN=Address Lists Container) and add it to the attribute AddressBookRootsAfter that, please check this issue.ThanksAllen
