Is there a way to set a set of customized Holidays (company holidays in this case) at the exchange server level, rather then send a user a .HOL file and ask that they install it? I'm runninga single exchange2007 server and all of my clients are Outlook 2007.Thanks in advance.

You may be able to do this via GPO but nothing from Exchange Server side that I can recommend.You can also launch outlook with /hol switch to import the holidays file.
