Custom VPN access ports
Hello! My company's got Windows VPN set up on our 2003 Server. Our company network is behind our router that is connected with our ISP. Some of our collegues (VPN clients) now use ISPs with very restrictive policy: they are only allowed to connect to well-known web-ports (80,8080,3128). Can I configure any forwarding on the router so that they can use windows XP's VPN client to connect to our VPN server (i.e. they should not try to use ports like 500,50, etc. but they few ones allowed)?I could find very little information about which ports a VPN connection uses and how these should be accessible. Thanks in advance!Levente.
