I created a custom form in Outlook based on the Message form and published the new form to the Organizational Forms Library. I was able to fill in my new custom form and emailed it to myself to test. I have two problems:
- When I hit Reply, the custom form does not show in the reply email even though I already specified to include the original message in the reply (from the "Actions" tab in the design mode of the custom form).
- When I hit forward, the custom form and the information appear in the forward email, but there is no message body for me to type.
We have exchange server 2003. I am using Office 2010.
Could the Outlook experts help me with these problems please.
