I would suggest you to user RBAC feature and create role group and add user who want to manage quota and forwarding. I don't think we can do customization in ECP.Anil MCC 2011,ITIL V3,MCSA 2003,MCTS 2010, My Blog : http://messagingschool.wordpress.com

Steffl, if you are accessing the ECP interface as someone with full Exchange Organization, what you see is what you get. As you have probably already found the ECP interface is different depending on what rights you have. However, IMHO, the interface is still a bit lacking. For tasks that are not part of the ECP, you will either need to train your administrators to use the Exchange Management Console or the EMS (*shudder*). Or, you can write your own. That is not an easy undertaking, though, trust me. I have had a web developer working almost full time for the last 6 months on a "help desk" app for our Active Directory and Exchange environment. Hi Steffl, Maybe you can customize ECP by yourself, but I'm afraid it is unsupported. Maybe you can gain some helpful information in the Development forum: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrdevelopment/threads Just for your reference: the example is to remove a feature from ECP: Removing a Feature From The Exchange Control Panel http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2010/03/04/3409445.aspx Frank Wang Forum Support Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and unmark them if they provide no help. thanks for repley, our customer has more than 10.000 mailboxes and he looks for a way to manage all daily exchange taks inside a single console. at the moment we have to use the echange management shell, exchange managenet console and the ecp as well. there are some third party toos like netiq exchange administrator or manageengine Exchange Management but this caused huge additional costs.
