Dear All

I have item codes in the Column "A" and the item Names in the Column "B" and Detail of items in the Column "C".

On one side of these column If I enter ITEM NAME ITS ITEM CODE AND DETAILS SHOULD BE APPEARED IN COLUMN "E" TO ONWARD.

Hi,

First I would change the sequance of the columns to , column A "Item Names", column B "Item Code" and column C "Item Detail".

Maybe you can use vlookup(cell with item name,range A:C,the column number that should be returnd,0).
