If you use exchange 2003, the Standard Edition has a default limit of 16 GB. For the Enterprise Edition, there

is no default configured database size limit, and no software set maximum size.

If you use exchange 2007, the Standard Edition has a default limit of 50 GB per Database. For the Enterprise

Edition, there is no default configured database size limit.

If you use exchange 2010, the default database size limit for Exchange 2010 Standard Edition is 1024 gigabytes (GB). There is no default database size limit for the Exchange 2010 Enterprise Edition.

If you use exchange 2013, 2TB is recommended maximum database size for Exchange 2013 databases.
