I have a DDG migrated from 2003 which has the legacy filter in the msExchDynamicDLFilter attribute, and the new OPATH filter in the msExchQueryFilter. I had to modify the OPATH filter a few days ago to include another person. EMC's preview of the list shows the correct members so I trusted it to be accurate. However, the new recipient told me today she is not receiving copies of messages sent to that list. When I send a message to this list with the delivery receipt option selected, it is not including the new member but it does list delivery to the other intended recipients (the members of the legacy filter). The recipient container is set to the domain level. What's going on here?

Hi JimCass, Which version of Exchange server? If you are running Exchange 2010, you can double click to open the sent mail, File->Open Delivery Report, thus you can find more detail information about the Delivery Report. Please check the new member is included or not. Please check whether the new member can receive mail if you send to DDG using OWA. How did you modify the DDG? If possible, I would suggest you remove the DDG and create a new same one.
