I have a client running SBS2003 with clients running Office 2003. They use a Public Folder to store shared Contacts. In that Contact folder there is a Distribution list with approximately 130 email addresses. From Outlook I cannot open that DL directly from within the PF. I can send email to the list, I can create a new email, put that DL in the To: field and expand it, but I cannot open it directly. This is a problem for editing the list, of course. The error message is "Insufficient memory on the Exchange Server", but that seems to be a furfie, as the server has 2GB RAM and no other memory issues are evident, especially when the client can open it. I can move the DL to the Outlook Contacts folder, open it, modify it and then move it back, but that's all a bit convoluted. Any thoughts, anyone? (I posted this under 3rd party apps inadvertantly so this is a repost) Regard, PaulS BTW the DL is only 29kb in size.
