Hi, DNS issue on child domain. I am running root DC (DC01.abc.com) having DNS server. I just installed the DNS services on second windows 2003 server and promote that server as child domain. When I open DNS console on child domain I am not having any records their? Is that default behavior? Or I have too do something to configure DNS on child domain? I want all my windows clients and exchange servers should use child DNS server. Please help…

Hi got this issue resolved. issue was replication between Root and Child Domain. i just delete the Default replication connector and create new one and after 1 hr everything was working. Thanks You
