What version, service pack and update rollup level of Exchange? Are you running Exchange 2010 SP1 RU1 or later? Have you installed SP1 for the Office 2010 Filter Pack?Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

I'm running Exchange Server 2010 SP2, RU1 (KB2645995), I also have the Office 2010 Filter Pack SP1 installed. I've got Exchange Server version 14.02.0283.003. Odd, this started this morning at 1:16 a.m. but just stopped on its own an hour or two again at 12:05 p.m. I'll keep an eye on it and see if it comes back.

Hello, have you checked in exfolders the attribute "ptagFID" for export? If not, then you cant find the folder id in the export file.
