I have a question about how the size of the priv1.edb and priv1.stm files are calculated in Exchange 2000. We ran into the problem of hitting the 16 GIG limit. We had the users delete a bunch of email and ran an offline defrag. After the defrag the size of the files dropped to 8GIG. Then next day it went up to 11. When I go into the Exchange System Manager and look at the mail box size and add up the total size it is no where near the 11 GIG that the database files claim to be. Closer to 6 gigs in total. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mike
