Hi Md,

Thank you for your question.

Are there any errors in event log when the active databases back to original DAG member?

Did the database automatic active back the DAG member which was active on the original DAG member in the former?

We didnt suggest you active all database on the single Exchange mailbox because the databases are active on two mailbox servers will reduce the burden for single mailbox server.

If we want to achieve you goal, we could stop Microsoft Exchange mailbox replication service to check if we could stop it.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Hi Ramin,

If its getting automatically failovered, that would mean there is something wrong with the single server hosting all the databases.

Even though, considering your server is capable or hosting all the DBs at a time and you have fixed the issues if any, use the below cmdlets to BlockAutoActivation.

1.This example configures the database copies on server MBX2 as blocked for activation.

Set-MailboxServer -Identity MBX2 -DatabaseCopyAutoActivationPolicy Blocked

2.To move all active databases currently hosted on the DAG member to other DAG members, run

Set-MailboxServer MBX2 -DatabaseCopyActivationDisabledAndMoveNow $True
