Hi, We are running Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 and have come to a bit of a problem, We used to have it set up so that if someone sends us an email and_spells_this_bit_wrong@ourcompany.co.uk it used to get sent to info@ourcompany.co.uk but now just gets lots, The way our system works is it hits our Internet Server (ISA Server) which then passes everything through to our Spam Server (using Mail Marshal Spam Filter) which then once it passes the spam checks passes it our Exchange server and the route to go out goes through the same way backwards. Not sure for how long its been happening for now but emails sent to a wrong address just get lost and neither of us two here set up or even know Exchange that well so we are a bit stuck of where this setting is hiding (I beleive its called the Default Address) and if someone could help me of where it is located I would greatly appreciate it. Havent used exchange 2000 but if its similar to exchange 2003 and 2007 you want the option to set up a postmaster address, this will then catch all the email that you dont have email accounts set up for, ie spelling mistakes etc. Setup the postmaster to be info@company.com and everything should go there if theres no matching email address

Thanks for your reply. We do have an info@ourcompany.co.uk and we always have. It always used to work addresses going there but now they just get lost although recently when testing it I have been getting mail undelivered messages. Is their anything else that could affect this?
