Current work around: I run the following command to reset all clients to "True" Get-mailbox | Set-CASMailbox -MAPIBlockOutlookRpcHttp:$True Afterward I set it into "False" separately (For mobile users) Set-CASMailbox "peter" -MAPIBlockOutlookRpcHttp:$False Set-CASMailbox "paul" -MAPIBlockOutlookRpcHttp:$False Set-CASMailbox "mary" -MAPIBlockOutlookRpcHttp:$False and so on... ... .. It's fine~ However, when I need to create a new user account for the new staff. I need to run this command each time after account created. How unnecessary? Set-CASMailbox "newuser" -MAPIBlockOutlookRpcHttp:$False I think it is unnecessary task for an enterprise and it will make operation staff easy to forget this step, so, can anyone provide a better solution for me? That's set to false by default when new user is created. I guess there is not any solution for this unless you use a user in TemplateInstance parameter which hasMAPIBlockOutlookRpcHttp set to True while creatinguser using New-Mailbox.
