What will be the default value of msExchMailboxSecurityDescriptor? Like what will be the permission that user will have on his mailbox, and what anyother user will have etc. I also would like to know how to write the value for a particular user.- Santron Manibharathi.

The default would be if you created a new mailbox and ran get-mailboxpermission user1 minus the inhereted rights. So this attribute only shows explicityly added mailbox rights though I think inhereted usually meant at the store level and not the database level not exactly sure. It's never been really supported to modify this attribute directly. "In other words, if msExchMailboxSecurityDescriptor is modified directly, the actual mailbox security descriptor on the user's mailbox in the information store is not updated."
