Delegate Full Access Rights for a Mailbox
Our Helpdesk needs to be able to manage Exchange users and we have given them Recipient Administrator rights. We also need to give the helpdesk the ability to change Manage Full Access Permissions for individual users. We don't want to give THEM
full access rights to mailboxes but to give other users Full Access to other mailboxes (e.g. Assistants can manage their bosses mail). What rights are needed to give them this ability? I have given them Full Access to the mailboxes but this doesn't give them
this ability.
Any ideas?

We decieded to have the advanced functions that Organizaton Admin can do be done only by the Exchange Admins
