Delegate adds a calander item to shared calander does not show on others.
Delegate adds a calander item to shared calander. Her Boss (who she is a delegate of, and it is his calander she is adding the item to from her computer.) does not see the new item on his calander. She is running OLK 2010 and he is running OLK 2007. Just looking for some things to try. As I havnt run into this problem before. Any help will be appreciated.

After you add the new item, use OWA to do a check. This can help you confirm the item has been right added or not. Thanks, EvanEvan Liu TechNet Community Support
