Delegate cannot view free busy schedule
Hi,
In Microsoft Outlook 2007, I have the following issue that can be replicated
on many systems:
When a delegate receives calendar invite and declines meeting but has the option to propose a new time. When proposing a new time the Delegate cannot see the free busy schedule of the person they are a delegate for? Is this a bug and if so is there
a fix for this?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Charlie,
Do you mean if A delegates permissions to B in the Tools->Options->Delegates and select the "Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me", when B receives a invitation sent to A, if B clicks "Propose New Time", B cannot see
the free/busy information of A?
If yes, which version of Exchange server do you run? Exchange 2003 or 2007.
I test it in Exchange 2007 SP2 and SP3, it works. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.

Hi Frank,
I'm running on Exchange 2007 SP3. Actually when the "Propose New Time" option is selected I cannot view the free/busy information for anyone with the exception of my own calendar. Cannot see the delegates free/busy information nor any of
the invited attendees.
