Simon,
Thank-you for the response. Unfortunately the web client seems to be showing 'recurring' or pre-scheduled meetings... It doesn't show the instant meeting content...
Any other thoughts?
Thanks again
Hello,
I am afraid it is the only wizard we can delete the meetings.
Thanks,
Simon
The question was ...."deleting Content in the LM console" not deleting the meetings from the LM server. I have the same issue. I don't want to spend the next 30 mins deleting the entries in the content menu by clicking each and selecting "remove". There has to be a better way. Maybe reinstalling the console might help.
I still haven't figured it out, but we ended up switching to WebEx, so it became a moot point. Best of luck.
Go to Web Console
Select 'Meetings' under Manage ( options on left side)
Select the meeting you want to delete the content for. You will see the meetings detail page
Click on 'Meeting Options' under Actions ( look on the Right side for 'Actions')
In the meeting options page at the top you will see various options - select 'Expiration'
Set you Content Expiration to 1 or 2 days (as needed) and this will remove all your existing content and future content automatically after 1 or 2 days
If you cannot wait for 1 or 2 days, set it to 1 minute and things will be deleted immediately after you close the meeting
