Deleted Item Count in Powershell, not adding up...
HiI've got a weird one here, hopefully somebody will of seen it before or can point me in the right direction. We're playing about with the old favourite of deleted item retention time, so have been looking at the deleted items folder of a few users etc.One example is that in outlook 2007 he has approx 3000+ items in his deleted items folder. However, when i run a get-mailboxstatictics against his mailbox it says "deleteditemcount" is 54. 54 - not 3054, but 54. So it looks like somewhere there are 2950ish mails missing as far as powershell is concerned. Ive also seen other disparities between other users mailboxes, not only at this site but others. This is making me a bit worried that i can't rely on the powershell output.Anyone got a clue what is going on here?TIADave
