Hi, I am experiencing a problem where 6 messages are sitting in the failed message retry queue, the messages are identical in every way but they all have expiry dates of 03/01/1601. I cant see who the sender is, time submitted and the subject states <subject is hidden>. I cant right click and delete the messages so how can I get them out of this queue..... Many thanks Leighton

Send the screenshot of the error where 6 messages are sitting in the failed message retry queue to v-rocwan@microsoft.com for analyze. If your Exchange server is 2003, you can try the following steps to fix the issue: 1. Use ESM to delete messages form queues. How to Delete Messages from Queues in Exchange Server 2003 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822944/en-us 2. On Exchange server 2003, navigate to the following directory, maybe there is a little difference from your scenario. Direct delete message form queue folder.
