POP3 email is being retrieved from a POP3 (SMTP) server. The problem is that Exchange is only reading the email (not downloading) and not deleting the email from the POP3 server. The result is the continuous accumulation of email on the server. Unlike outlook, there appears to be no way of deleting email from the server after retrieved. If there any way around this problem? Hi, Actually, as far as I know there is no such feature could delete the email on the POP3 server from Exchange server. We can only achieve this on the client side. Thanks Allen
