If all these meeting entries that need to be deleted have anything unique, for example a word in the title, we can configure a filter to display these entries only and delete them by "Ctrl + A" and "Delete":
With the Calendar opened in Outlook, click VIEW tab -> Change View -> List. Then all the calendar entries will be listed as single items. Then click View Settings -> Filter, configure the filter corresponding to these duplicating entries, click OK. Then we will see only these duplicating entries are displayed, then we can press Ctrl + A to select them all and press Delete key to delete them all.
One thing that we should be careful with is that if there is any other entry that you don't want to delete but meet the filter conditions, it will also be removed, so please configure the filter as specific as possible.
