Hello!

Last week my server started to send me an email bounce when I tried to send emails to Outlook.

I'm receiving this error, 

 550 SC-001 (COL004-MC4F37) Unfortunately, messages from 162.144.253.3 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list

How can I remove my ip from this blacklist?

first you can check your blacklist situaition via www.mxtoolbox.com web site. and you should create a SPF record. after that contact blacklist vendors for clear your situation.
