Delivery Status Notification (Delay) in Exchange 2003
Hi All,
Many times i get
Delivery Status Notification (Delay), can anyone tell me the reason. What needs to be checked in this.

This often indicates an issue where an SMTP connection cannot be made with the server.
I'd recommend checking on MX Toolbox to make sure that you're not on any email blacklists.
With the emails in question, are they from the same domain or are they all from different domains?

It could be outside of your ezch, a mta along the way or the receving end. Send a test email from hotmail to the domain and test to eliminate your exxch server or the dns servers used by your exch server.Sukh

Please help us to answer this question:
With the emails in question, are they from the same domain or are they all from different domains?
If this issue occur on the same domain, I suggest follow sukh's suggestion ( use Hotmail or Gmail) to test for that domain.
If this issue occur on different domain, you can enable protocol logging to help troubleshoot the issue.

No this is not from same domain, it is from different domain, server is not Blacklisted.
