Delivery Status Notifications stopped functioning.
Up until a few weeks ago, email sent out using an account set up for all users to send as, could recieve delivery notifications just fine. Now, without apparent cause, this has stopped. However, if a user sends the email as themselves they receive the status messages just fine.A brief background, the generic account is set up so any user can send as the generic account. When messages come into the generic account, they are forwarded to a distribution group. Only read receipts will function as of a few weeks ago.If a user sends as themselves, the delivery notification, and read receipt will come in fine- as expected. I have checked my connector settings, and since the users are receiving notifications otherwise just fine, I am to assume they are correct and unchanged. There were a number of unanswered posts on this, I am just hoping someone has made headway.
