When an email is sent to 5 different aliases the bounce back message is as follows:

I have checked Microsoft Exchange management console and have seen that there is a mailbox which has these email address in them.

Any reasons why this is not working?

Please make sure the issue occurs on a user or all users.

If a user has the issue, I recommend you recreate mailbox to check the result. (Note: Before you recreate your mailbox, please export your mailbox to pst file)

If all users have the issue, I recommend you install the latest RU to check the result.
