Hi all,A user has 2 email addresses in my company and would like to be able to send emails choosing the "from". When he uses the email address that has not been set as default, he receives an error message saying that he does not have the right to send that email. Hi Johan,The User has 1 mailbox with two adresses. When he wants to send an internal email to the company or some clients,he wants to use for ex. jj@tlmk.com and when he sends emails to other client he wants to usej-jplo@tlmk.com.The user is able to choose the email address he wants to use from the "From" field.Regarding your answer, how would you create a seperate mailbox? Hi Graig,Yes, workaround for this situation is create a new mailbox and assign second SMTP address to that mailbox and give Send-As permission to the user so that he/she can send from that SMTP address wherever requires by selecting From field.It also depends on which type of Exchange CALs you are using in your organization.
