Deploy EOA after EOP

We have Exchange 2010 SP3 (on-premises) with EOP. We add users to EOP manually. Not exists AD Synchronization.

Now, we want to deploy EOA...so we need to deploy DirSync, ADFS,etc...

My questions is if there is a problem/issue with out EOP users when we configure archiving....
